Durham Homeopathy in Ajax, ON

As a mom of a boy and a girl, I understand what it is to be a parent and how difficult raising healthy, happy children in our complicated world can be. I had my first experience with homeopathy during my labour with my son. However it wasn't until I was pregnant with my daughter that I actually saw a homeopathic doctor for the first time. I was impressed by the way she took the time to actually listen to me and my concerns. The treatment (for my son) worked so well that when I decided to go back to school, it was to study homeopathy. Having been involved in birthing and breastfeeding advocacy since 2000, I have focused my skills on pregnancy, childbirth, and children, yet I have seen the profound effect homeopathy can have on anyone's life. I realize that what attracted me most to the activism was the shared belief that people have the right to make informed decisions about their health, and that our bodies are capable of so much more than we often think. My studies of homeopathy have only reinforced that view, that we are capable of healing and of health, only sometimes we need a little help to get back to the point where we can heal. I am a graduate of the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine, and hold a Diploma of Homeopathy and Medical Health Sciences (DHMHS)
